Create a shop on the web and add your first items. The phone app sees the same shop; scanning and blind counting stay there, and the web can record a counted quantity.

Scan each box as it arrives. Stockroom on-hand updates immediately, and every change prints a receipt with the number before and after.

Count blind — the expected number is hidden — and the review shows the variance before you submit. Leave an item blank and it keeps its stock; it never becomes zero.

Items below their minimum are listed with a suggested top-up and the arithmetic behind it. Edit, then share the list with your supplier.
It works with no signal
A stockroom often has no Wi-Fi. Mobile Inventory records changes on the phone first and shows exactly how many are waiting. When the connection returns they sync once — a retry never duplicates a movement.
Every number traces back to a movement: the reason, the place, the time — and the device in the app.

Items and on-hand export as CSV; everything including movements, counts and members exports as JSON. Leaving is a button, not a support ticket.
Your data, one region
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Encryption in transit and at rest; processors are listed on request.
Delete your account
Delete from the app or from this page without reinstalling. Data is removed within 30 days.
