Delete your account

Deletion is self-serve and immediate while you are signed in.

1. On the web, open your shop, sign in, and choose Delete my account.
2. In the Android app, open the account menu → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. The account is removed immediately and cannot be undone.

If you are the only owner of a shop, the shop and its history are deleted with the account; a shared shop keeps its ledger and another member becomes the owner.

If you cannot sign in, email support@mobileinventory.org from the address on the account. On this preview the mailbox is not connected yet, so the signed-in route is the working one. A public request form and the privacy notice are part of the launch work.
